In 2020, NoCap built a fellowship team of students representing schools across the Research Triangle Park (RTP) and the NC Triad. Fellows were hands on with the “Vote Baby Vote” Campaign, collaborating with chart-topping artist and Charlotte native DaBaby, on canvassing, poll parties, and more- driving college students to vote.

Building Leaders

In alignment with our mission to build our power through community, we are committed to building young community leaders that can continue the work.  A No Cap Fellow is a  person with a passion for community.  We look for individuals who are interested in effecting sustainable change, and require fellows to show up as their unapologetic self- with an eagerness to collaborate and learn from others.

Our Fellows have a clear and demonstrated commitment to our values of social justice, racial justice, and collective liberation.  Click below to meet our No Cap Fellows.

Become A Fellow

This year, NoCap plans to go even bigger, building a base of more than 100 fellows. The crew will work to build civic engagement campaigns getting out the vote for municipal and state elections, host a comprehensive COVID-19 outreach program, create a cohort of local artists producing content that engages audiences to join the movement, and take action around racial and economic justice issues.

If you have a willingness to expand knowledge on the issues that affect our communities on a daily basis, as well as implement innovative ideas on how to change and educate- we are looking for YOU!  Click the link below to apply to the No Cap Fellowship Program (2021).
